Your final teeth are made later, from stronger materials, once your surgeon confirms healing. Second, this approach is conditional, not guaranteed: it depends on the stability your implants achieve during surgery and on your anatomy and health. Your surgical team makes the final call based on what they find, and every plan includes a backup path if same-day loading is not the safe choice that day.
Any practice that promises same-day teeth to everyone, sight unseen, is promising something surgery cannot guarantee.
