Amazing practice! The environment at Warren OMS is warm, welcoming, and surprisingly soothing. You don’t often find at dentist offices, at least from my experience. All of the staff, from the dental assistants to the front desk, are so professional, friendly, and caring. I saw Dr. Gift, and while my procedure with him didn’t go as expected, he was so patient and non-judgmental and his assistants were so accommodating and attentive. The treatment I received from them was far better than what I received at other dental offices. Unfortunately, Dr. Gift is no longer with Warren, but when I returned for another consultation, I saw Dr. Bae, who was very transparent about my case. I was hoping that I’d be able to do my extractions through in-office sedation, but Dr. Bae did not recommend this due to my medical history and the complexity of my extractions. However, he ensured that I received the proper referrals so I could get the procedure done in a hospital setting. The receptionists even told me that if I ever have any problems, I shouldn’t hesitate to call them. I can’t thank Warren OMS enough for showing me so much compassion and care, even after things didn’t work out. I’m hoping that one day, I can come back for my bone grafts and implants after my extractions are finally taken care of! I highly recommend this place for your oral surgery needs!

I recently called to schedule an appointment and experienced a long wait time on the phone. When I reached the staff member assisting with scheduling, Jennifer, I felt that my insurance eligibility was not reviewed carefully, and I was initially told that I was not qualified for their insurance plan. However, after I asked further questions and explained my situation, it was clarified that I did qualify. Overall, the interaction felt a bit rushed and not as thorough as expected, which caused confusion and frustration. I believe the scheduling process and initial screening could be improved with more careful review, better customer service and additional training for front desk staff to ensure patients receive accurate information the first time.

I very rarely give five stars on anything, but Warren oral surgery was unbelievable. The doctors and the staff are extremely professional. They couldn't do enough to make me comfortable before my extraction. They explained every step they were going to do the billing aftercare. Nothing was left untouched. Although I've only seen Dr. Herman there, after reading the reviews, it seems all of the doctors are the same professionalism and bedside Manor.. completely outstanding!!! I highly recommend this this center to anybody that needs this type of work done. Hands down the best I've been to.

Highly recommend Warren Oral Surgery! I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth out and the entire staff made the experience a breeze. Dr. Hermann is very talented and has the best bedside manner out of any physician I’ve ever had. He was such a calming presence. I had no swelling or bruising and was back at work with zero pain or discomfort in 3 days— no one even knew I had surgery! Thank you so much to the entire team for their outstanding care!

Dr Sullivan was a good doctor, knowledgeable professional and kind. Also this review is for female nurse Amalea, she was extremely kind , holding my hand during injections , as I was very nervous. I was holding her so tight during extraction . She was a motherly person. She was genuinely beautiful soul not doing anything for reviews. It was me who asked her name because I like to honor such people who are genuinely doing such good work. I work in service industry, I know how small acts of kindness goes a long way for the people we are serving. Another male nurse Emillio was also very kind, answering my questions and very pleasant and professional. Thank you so much. It’s like Universe gives us what we give to universe. My small acts of kindness to kids I work with everyday made me get such beautiful souls during my extraction . Thank you 🙏
