How the team collaborates on your care
Your surgeon
Evaluates your imaging and health history, explains your options, and performs your procedure. Your surgeon owns the clinical plan and your written pre- and post-operative instructions.
Your referring dentist
Sends records and imaging, stays informed during your surgical care, and continues your ongoing dental care afterward — including the restorative work that often follows surgery, such as the final teeth after implants.
Your patient coordinator
Connects the two: scheduling, records, insurance verification, estimates, and follow-up. When you are unsure who to ask, start with your coordinator.
