Who does what
Every role, built around the patient
Surgical assistants
Surgical assistants prepare the room and instruments for your procedure, support your surgeon chairside, and monitor your comfort throughout. Before surgery they walk you through what will happen; afterward they review your written recovery instructions with you and your escort so nothing important is left to memory.
Patient coordinators
Patient coordinators are your guides through the non-clinical side of care: scheduling consultations and procedures, gathering records and imaging from your referring dentist, verifying insurance benefits, and explaining your estimate before treatment. When you call with a question, a coordinator is usually the person who makes sure it gets answered.
Front office
The front-office team welcomes you at check-in, keeps your paperwork and registration in order, coordinates day-of logistics like escorts and pickup timing, and handles follow-up appointments at checkout — so your visit starts and ends smoothly.
