What your visit feels like
You check in at the front desk, where a patient coordinator confirms your paperwork, insurance details, and any records from your referring dentist. If anything is missing, we sort it out with you rather than sending you away.
Consultations happen in a private room with your surgeon — with your imaging on screen, time for questions, and no pressure to decide on the spot. On procedure days, a surgical assistant walks you through each step before it happens, and you rest in a recovery area until your escort takes you home if your comfort plan requires one.
If you tend to feel anxious in medical settings, tell us when you book. We plan around it.
