We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced Oral Surgery practice in Warren, NJ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives, strengthening relationships with referral partners, and promoting the practice within the local community. This position requires a proactive team player with a positive attitude who can manage multiple responsibilities in a busy healthcare environment.

Duties

1. Plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives, including social media, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.

2. Coordinate and support educational and community outreach events to increase brand awareness and referral relationships.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring offices and clients through regular communication and in-person visits.

4. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).

5. Travel to local offices and events to represent the practice and strengthen community presence.

6. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

7. Assist with additional marketing-related duties as needed to support the growth of the practice.
