Meet Dr. Sejin Bae, DMD
Education and Experience
Dr. Bae graduated with a degree in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego. He then worked at the Salk Institute before continuing his education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his dental degree. He then completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Bae is board-eligible with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is an active member of:
- American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons
- American Dental Association
Interests
Dr. Bae has a keen interest in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, oral pathology, orthognathic surgery, sleep surgery, and facial trauma. He is known for his compassion and dedication, always prioritizing patients’ well-being and addressing their needs with the utmost care.
Outside of the Scrubs
Originally from South Korea, Dr. Bae has a deep passion for traveling and enjoys discovering new and local restaurants wherever he goes. He is an avid golfer, tennis player, and board game enthusiast. He has spent a significant portion of his life in California, enjoying its beautiful beaches. He now finds that the Jersey Shore rivals California’s coastline!
