Meet Dr. Alexander Margolis, MD, DMD
Dr. Margolis graduated from the University of Florida before attending the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He completed medical school at New York University. He went on to complete his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at New York University and Bellevue Hospital Center. During his residency, he treated the underprivileged and our nation’s veterans at the Manhattan VA hospital.

- American Dental Associations
He maintains surgery privileges at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerset, New Jersey.
Dr. Margolis is especially interested in the removal of benign pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and general anesthesia. He is passionate about helping his patients by alleviating their pain. His ability to remain calm under pressure and his warm, gentle demeanor helps put patients at ease.
Outside of the Scrubs
Outside of the office, Dr. Margolis spends his time with his wife, Cheri, their two young children, Aviva and Aidan, and their dog, Niko. Aside from his love of sports, he enjoys cooking and traveling. He’s been on over 30 cruises but his favorite was to the Caribbean.
